privacy note

Your trust matters to us. This note explains what this early Greenvy website collects and how we use it.

Who looks after your details

Greenvy Lifestyle, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, is responsible for the information you share here. Write to roots@greenvy.store with privacy questions or removal requests.

When you join the waitlist

We collect your email address, chosen language, any category interests you select, and a record of your consent and signup time. We use these details to understand interest in our planned range and email you about the launch and early collections you agreed to hear about.

When you send an enquiry

We collect your name, email, enquiry type, optional business name, message, language and consent record. Our team uses them to respond and assess maker or business enquiries. Please do not send identity documents, bank information, medical details or passwords through these forms.

Storage and service providers

Submissions are stored in Greenvy’s PostgreSQL database. Our hosting and database providers process information to operate the service. Access to the team inbox is restricted. This launch site does not connect your submission to a payment account, and does not collect card details.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process standard connection and security logs. To limit abuse, our form service uses a short-lived keyed hash of the connection IP address (when supplied by our trusted host) and a request counter. It does not save the raw IP address in the form database. When a trusted client address is unavailable, it uses a shared request counter. These counters expire after a short window. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your choices and retention

Joining the waitlist is optional. Ask us at any time to stop launch emails, correct your details or delete your submission by writing from the email you registered. We keep waitlist details while the launch and early collection updates remain relevant, and enquiry details while needed to respond or manage the relationship. We remove details when no longer needed, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Children and updates

The forms are intended for adults. A children’s-product interest is for parents and caregivers; we do not ask for children’s details. If this note changes materially, the revised version will appear here before new uses of your information.
